No Refund

According to our exchange policy, we will accept return if:

  1. We have shipped a wrong product.
  2. We have sent a damaged or defective product.
  3. Quality or performance is not up to the mark.

Exhange Policy Process:

Please follow the following steps for returning/exchanging any product-

Log in to your account on clothflight.com and select the product you want to exchange. Fill out the the required fields to complete the process of exchange within our exchange policy program.

Note: We are not currently providing return facility.  Instead you may ­ship the product(s) back to us at your own cost in order to return them within our exchange policy program. For all returned products, we’ll award you with INR Rs. 100 as reimbursement towards your shipping costs as a voucher. You may use it for your future purchase from our online store. The same is subject to exchange after proper inspection and quality check-up at the time of receipt in our warehouse.

Exchange Policy, terms & conditions

  • You may send us exchange request within 7 days of the delivery of the product.
  • We do not offer cash refunds.  Instead, you  may get all refunds in form of credit code in your Cloth flight account.
  • We accept only unused product which you want to return within our exchange policy program.
  • You have to return product with original packaging and tags intact (items without tags will not be accepted).
  • In case you receive a damaged/defective product, You have to notify us within 24 hours of receipt. Moreover, We request you to share with us snapshot for the same.
  • If you choose to ­ship the products by yourself, you need to dispatch them within 48 hours after the return request is raised.
  • If any product that you will return back to us, does not meet the above-mentioned criteria, we are not liable to accept those. Instead we will return back those products to the customer at their expense. Further, you can’t reimburse any amount for the same.
  • Please ensure secured and proper packaging for the returned items in order to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
  • For all self­ shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service.
  • You will get Rs. 100 as reimbursement in your  customer’s account with us towards shipping costs in the form of a coupon code. However, we will first do quality check-up, then we will continue further.

Non-­returnable categories:

These products fall under “No Return/Exchange” unless there is an inherent damage/quality issue at the time of delivery due to a miss from our quality team.

Please note no exchange or return will be allowed for items bought on Sale.
